Refund Policy

1. Overview

Bloklossing operates on a credit-based system. This policy explains when and how refunds are processed.

2. Unused Credits

Unused credits are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund for unused credits, contact us at hello@fsnyman.com with your purchase details.

3. Consumed Credits

Credits that have been used to generate crossword solutions are non-refundable. Each solve consumes one credit, and this consumption is final regardless of the quality of the AI-generated result.

4. Partial Refunds

If you purchased a bundle of credits and used some of them, only the unused portion is eligible for refund within the 7-day window.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method through Paystack.

• Your name or email address used for the purchase.
• Date of purchase.
• Reason for the refund request.
